Horse Clinics

At Fairwinds Farm, our clinics are educational events designed to build a deep foundation of trust, clear communication, and safe handling between horse and human. We focus heavily on equine behavior, purposeful groundwork, and harmonious training to ensure both you and your horse develop true confidence.

Because every clinic we host features a unique topic, our formats adapt to provide the highest quality education—ranging from one-on-one private lessons to small group lessons where two to three horses work with the clinician at a time.

• Bringing Your Own Horse: Open to horse owners looking to trailer in for targeted, personalized instruction with their own horse.

• Using a Farm Horse: For select specialty clinics, participants have the unique opportunity to practice hands-on skills using our resident farm horses.

• Health Requirements: To protect the peace and safety of all animals on the property, all haul-in horses must provide a copy of a current negative Coggins test and proof of rabies vaccination upon arrival.

Audit the Clinic

• The Experience: Don't have a horse trailer, or prefer to learn through observation? We welcome spectators to attend as auditors for a day or a flat clinic fee.

• The Value: Auditing is an incredible way to absorb the clinician’s theories, watch various horse personalities react to the training, and take notes without the logistics of bringing a horse.
